FOR HEAT THERAPY: place eye mask in the microwave and warm for 30 seconds on a microwave safe plate. Do not place directly on microwave oven rack. Always test the temperature of your mask before applying to your skin.

FOR COLD THERAPY: store in the freezer until ready to use.
