A complex, dark milk chocolate set off with the “crack” of house-made, maple toffee, using the finest Minnesota-harvested maple syrup straight from the sugar shack up the road. The toffee gets its smoke from the maple smoked sea salt that gives depth with the richness of smoke.

Each bar is made in small batches at our family owned factory in Northern Minnesota.
