Care Instructions

Store your spice blend at room temperature in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate.

Ingredients

Baraka Cardamom, Makhir Ginger, Hariyali Fennel, Peni Miris Cinnamon, Aranya Black Pepper, Kandyan Cloves

How To Use

1. Simmer 1/2 tsp Chai Masala in 1 cup water for 2 minutes.

2. Add 1/2 cup milk of your choice, 1-2 tsp Black tea, and sweetener to taste

3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

4. Strain* and enjoy!


*Don’t forget to strain. While ground, the spices can create a little sediment, so strain for the smoothest cup of masala chai.

You can also try it in your morning cup o’ joe. Add a heaping spoonful of Chai Masala to your coffee grounds before brewing.

Or make it your go-to baking blend. This Chai Masala does not contain tea, but its mix of warming spices like cinnamon, green cardamom, and ginger make it ideal for spicing up cakes, snickerdoodles, and other baked goods.
