Is it waterproof?
While not officially waterproof, it does have water-resistant properties thanks to a blend of natural waxes and resins. It holds up well against humidity and light moisture but is not designed for swimming or heavy exposure to water. The plus side? It’s easier to remove at the end of the day without tugging on your lashes!
Is it tubing?
This mascara is not a tubing mascara—and that’s intentional! Many tubing mascaras rely on acrylates copolymers and other plastic-based film formers to create the “tubes” around each lash. When washed off, these polymer-based tubes break down into tiny particles that can enter waterways, contributing to microplastic pollution. Instead, Minori uses a blend of natural waxes (Carnauba, Candelilla, and Sunflower Wax) and plant-based resins to create definition and hold—without the use of synthetic plastic polymers. The result? Lashes that stay soft and flexible instead of stiff or brittle, and a formula that’s gentle to remove.
